1998-091-RES WHEREAS, CITY COUNCIL DID HERETOFORE ON THE 9TH DAY RESOLUTION NO. 98-091 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore, on the 9th day of February, 1998, pass Resolution No. 98-018, which said Resolution was amended on the 13th day of April, 1998, by Resolution No. 98-053, which said Resolution requires an additional correction; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL O~' THE CITY OF PARIS, that Resolution No. 98-018, heretofore amended by Resolution No. 98-053, be, and the same is hereby, amended so that such shall read as follows: IIWHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the City Council of the City of Paris that there is a 20 foot alley running East and West, beginning at the East Boundary Line of 6th Street S.E. going East a distance of approximately 615 feet and ending at the West Boundary Line of 8th Street S.E. between Washington Street and Hearon Street; and, IIWHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the City Council that the alley is not desired by the property owners adjacent to said alley, but that said alley is of use and necessary to the City of Paris and its citizens for drainage and utility easement purposes; NOW, THERE.'ORE, IIBE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0." PARIS, that the Mayor of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of the City of Paris, and in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, special warranty deeds conveying to the adjacent owners on either side of said 20 foot alley the City's interest in the same located between Washington Street and Hearon Street, beginning at the East Boundary Line of 6th Street S.E. going East a distance of approximately 615 feet and ending at the West Boundary Line of 8th Street S.E., it appearing that the real and true owners of the hereinafter described lots are as follows: liS. 50' Lots I & 2, Block 5, Gibbons 1st Add. 723 6th Street S.
