1998-081-RES WHEREAS, BOX CULVERT LOCATED IN 1200 BLOCK OF E GROVE STREET
RESOLUTION NO. 98-081
WHEREAS, the box culvert located in the 1200 block of E. Grove Street has become
damaged and is in need of replacement;
WHEREAS, it is deemed appropriate by the City Council of the City of Paris that the
replacement of the box culvert located in the 1200 block of E. Grove Street be executed directly
by the City Engineer's Department of the City of Paris in conformity with detailed plans,
specifications and estimates, as permitted by Sections 75 and 76 of the Charter of the City of
Paris; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that the
replacement of the box culvert in the 1200 block of E. Grove Street be executed directly by the
City Engineer's Department of the City of Paris in conformity with detailed plans, specifications
and estimates.
