1998-076-RES WHEREAS, CITY COUNCIL RECEIVED REQUEST FOR COMMITMENT

RESOLUTION NO. 98-076
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has received a request for a commitment
of city services from Panda Energy International, Inc., and it is deemed appropriate that such
request be granted and that the City Manager, Michael E. Malone, be authorized to execute a
letter of commitment; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that the
request for a commitment of city services from Panda Energy International, Inc. be, and the same
is hereby, granted; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager, Michael E. Malone, be, and he
is hereby, authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of the City of Paris, a letter of
commitment.
