1998-070-RES WHEREAS, TERMS OF OFFICE OF CURTIS FENDLEY AND LEON WILLIAMS
RESOLUTION NO. 98-070
WHEREAS, the terms of office of Curtis Fendley and Leon Williams, as members of the
Board of Directors of the Paris Economic Development Corporation, will expire on July 19, 1998;
and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Charles H. Neeley, does hereby recommend
the appointment of Jay Guest and Melba Harris for terms of three (3) years, beginning July 20,
1998, and ending July 19, 2001; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that Jay
Guest and Melba Harris be, and they are hereby, appointed to serve as members of the Board of
Directors of the Paris Economic Development Corporation for terms of three (3) years, beginning
July 20, 1998, and ending July 19, 2001.
