RESOLUTION NO. 2006-087
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, APPOINTING ALTERNATE MEMBERS TO THE BOARD
OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF PARIS, MAKING OTHER FINDINGS
AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the tenn of office of Richard Manning as an alternate member of the Board
of Adjustment of the City of Paris, expired on June 30, 2005; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris does hereby recommend the appointment of
Louis Yates to replace Richard Manning as an alternate for a tenn of one (1) year, beginning
July 1,2006, and ending June 30, 2007; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS,
TEXAS:
Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all
things approved.
Section 2. That Louis Yates be, and he is hereby, appointed to serve as an alternate
member of the Board of Adjustment of the City of Paris for a tenn of one (1) year, beginning
July 1,2006, and ending June 30, 2007.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be effective from and after its date of passage.
