SUBJECT: West Cherry Place
I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the
preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following
exception.
1. Dedicate a five-foot utility easement along Cherry Street.
2. Remove the 25- foot building line from Cherry Street and show a 13- foot side yard
setback. The l3-foot side-yard setback from Cherry St. has been established by the
existing house on 4th Street N.W. The houses on both lots shall front NW 3rd Street.
I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items.
