SUBJECT: Chisum Square # 1
I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the
preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following
exception.
1. Show all of the affected utilities in the 15- foot easement that will be relocated.
2. Provide a 20-foot utility easement along the loop frontage.
3. Label the zoning as general retail (GR).
4. Submit construction plans to the City of Paris Engineering Department for review. The
plan should include: grading, drainage, utilities and other proposed construction.
I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items.
