SUBJECT: Lamar Plaza
I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the
preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following
exceptions.
1. Show all trees 19-inches in diameter and larger.
2. Provide an inset in the top right comer with the cunent lot configuration.
3. Show the site as Block A, Lot 1.
4. Label the wavy line going east and west.
5. Show the current zoning as general retail (GR).
6. Provide a dimension from the center of Lamar Ave. to the property line.
7. Add a five-foot utility easement along Lamar Ave.
8. Provide construction plans to the Engineering Department and Building plans to
Community Development.
I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items.
