SUBJECT: Archer Place
I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the
preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following
exception.
1. Label the dimension from the center line of 6th Street S.E. to the propeliy line. If the
distance is less than 25-feet, Right-of-Way shall be dedicated.
2. Show all trees 19-inches in diameter and larger.
3. Show the nearest fire hydrant with a dimension to the nearest property line.
I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items.
