SPECIAL WORK SESSION MEETING

The City Council of the City of Paris met for a special work session at 6:00 P. M.
Monday, August 21,2006, at the City Council Chamber, 107 E. Kaufman, Paris, Texas.
Present:

City Staff:
Tony N. Williams, City Manager; John
Lestock, Assistant City Attorney; and
Janice Ellis, City Clerk
1. Call meeting to order
Mayor Manning called the meeting to order.
Don McHam gave the invocation.
2. Pledge of Allegiance.
Council Member Ray led the pledge.
3. Budget Workshop - Discuss City Manager's 2006-2007 Budget.
A. Review and consideration of the City Manager's proposed Budget for 2006-
2007.
Tony Williams made a presentation to Council outlining the differences between the
budget for the current year and the budget for 2006-2007.
4. Adjournment.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8: 17 p.m.
