SUBJECT: Santa Fe Crossing
I have reviewed the final plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the final plat
complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions.
1. Label the lots on the plan view and field notes to Lots 1, 2 and 3 instead of 12, 13 and
l3A respectively.
2. Change the spellings of "Sante Fe" to Santa Fe.
3. Remove the random lines from the plan view.
4. Show a three-foot Right-of-Way (ROW) dedication for N. Main St.
5. Show a five-foot ROW dedication on 1st St. N.W.
6. The subdivision lot boundary does not close, redo the lot closure after the ROW
dedications.
7. Provide new lot comer monuments after ROW dedication.
8. Show the distance from the center of 1st St. NW and N. Main St. to the property line.
I recommend approval of the final plat upon completion of the above items.
