President Sims Norment called the meeting to order at 4:05.
Minutes from October 9,2006 meeting were approved on a motion made by
Rodney Bass seconded by Dick Severson.
Financials for the month of September 2006 were approved on a motion made by
Dick Severson seconded by John Wright.
Sims Norment called for the board to go into executive session at 4: 1 O. The
purpose of the executive session was to discuss possible litigation and two industrial
prospects. The board carne out of executive session at 5: 16 p.m.
Dick Severson made a motion that no action be taken at this time on the items
discussed during executive session and the motion passed on a second by Rodney Bass.
The next scheduled meeting is Wednesday, November 1,2006.
With no further business to corne before the board, the meeting was adjourned at
5:17 p.m.
