Meeting Minutes
A regular meeting of the members of the Paris Visitors and Convention Council
was held on January 19, 2006 at 4 p.m., in the Community Room of the Chamber
of Commerce, with Richard Manning, Chairman, presiding.

Also present was: Tammy Beshires, Lamar County Coon Hunters Secretary
Chairman Richard Manning called the meeting to order at 4 p.m.
Mindy Moree presented the November 2005, financial report for the Paris Visitors
and Convention Council and Love Civic Center. The financial reports were
unanimously approved as presented on a motion by Bobby Walters, seconded by
Tim Masters

The minutes from the last VCC meeting held on October 20, 2005, were
unanimously approved as submitted on a motion by Brady Fisher, seconded by
Gail Dority.
On a motion by Mary Lou Coe, seconded by Helen Short, the Council voted to
award $1,000 to Lamar County Coon Hunters for facilities rental for the American
Heritage Hunt. The motion passed tj"aflimQ~~ with one opposition from Roy
Gwinn. ~
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned on a motion made
by Mary Lou Coe seconded by Bobby Walters.
