A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO SERVE ON A CITY CHARTER STUDY COMMITTEE TO ASSIST IN DETERMINING WHICH PORTIONS OF THE CHARTER ARE IN NEED OF REVISION; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, it has been determined by the City Council of the City of Paris that certain amendments need to be made to the existing City Charter of the City of Paris; and, WHEREAS, it is deemed in the best interest of the citizens of the City of Paris that the City Council Members appoint a Charter Study Committee and the following citizens have been recommended to serve on said committee: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS: Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all things approved. Section 2. That the appointments of the following members to serve on the Charter Study Committee be, and they are hereby approved: r' Section 3.
