LUNCHEON MEETING
OF THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF PARIS
November 15, 2006
The City Council of the City of Paris met for a luncheon meeting at 11 :00 A.M.
Wednesday, November 15, 2006, at the Texas Belle Restaurant, 1954 Clarksville Street,
Paris, Texas.
Present: Mayor: Richard Manning
Council Members: Curtis Fendley; Mary Ann Fisher, Mayor
Pro Tern; and Don Wilson
City Staff: Tony N. Williams, City Manager; and
Tammy Strickland, Assistant City Clerk
Absent: Council Members: Tim Ray, Kevin Gray and Jesse Freelen
Mayor Manning called the meeting to order.
Bryan Gross, Chief Operating Officer of TCIM gave a presentation explaining the
operation of TCIM and their need for expansion.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 12:20 p.m.
