President Sims Norment called the meeting to order at 4:05,
Minutes from October 18, 2006 meeting were approved on a motion made by
Glen Bawcum seconded by Dick Severson.
Sims Norment reported that he nceded authorization from the board to sign the
contract with the Pace Group as the consulting firm to search for the PEDe Executive
Director position. On a motion made by John Wright seconded by Glen Bawcum the
board's authorization to sign the contract was granted,
Sims Nonncnt presented the proposal tllat was sent from the Pace Group and
as,lced the board to review and make any necessary changes. Tony Williams and Chuck
Superville suggested some of the economic dated needed to be updated. Sims Norment
reported that he would get the necessary changes over to the Pace Group as soon as
possib Ie.
The next scheduled meeting is Wednesday, November 15,2006,
With no Miher business to come before the board, tlle meeting was adjourned at
4:10 p.m.
