6. Consideration of and action on the following ordinances:
A. Disannexing a tract of land forming a portion of the current outer
boundaries of the City Limits of the City of Paris in response to a
petition for such disannexation filed by Atti Corporation d/b/a Cooper
Propane Company.
7. Consideration of and action on the following resolutions:
A. Authorizing the acceptance of a 10 foot Utility Easement from Barton J.
Chadwick and Tuesday L. Chadwick for the Flow Equalization Basin
Force Main Improvement Project.
8. Personal Appearance(s).
A. Carolyn Whelchel regarding disannexation of the FM 905 area.
9. Citizens Forum.
(Citizens desiring to appear under this item must limit their presentation to
two (2) minutes in duration. Under the Open Meetings Law, because advance
notice of the subject matter of each presentation was not received in time to
appear on the agenda, City Council is limited in its response to referring the
matter to a future agenda, to an existing policy, or to a staff person with
specific factual information. Claims againstthe City and individual personnel
appeals are not appropriate for Citizens Forum).
10. Report from Police Department regarding possible ordinance to require
certain identification requirements for the sale of scrap metal/copper.
11. Report from Police Department regarding possible ordinance to regulate local
wrecker service.
12. Discussion and possible action regarding the City Attorney Position

action regarding annual evaluation of the City Manager and Municipal Court
