RESOLUTION NO. 2006-147
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF PARIS, MAKING OTHER FINDINGS
AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the terms of office of Rodney Bass, Terry Christian, Howard Corriston,
Kyle McCarley, and Chester Martindale, as members of the Board of Adjustment of the City
of Paris, will expire on December 31, 2006; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris does hereby recommend the reappointments
of Rodney Bass, Terry Christian, Howard Corriston, Kyle McCarley, and Chester Martindale
for terms of two (2) years, beginning January 1,2007, and ending December 31,2008; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS,
TEXAS:
Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all
things approved.
Section 2. That Rodney Bass, Terry Christian, Howard Corriston, Kyle McCarley, and
Chester Martindale be, and they are hereby, reappointed, to serve as members of the Board of
Adjustment of the City of Paris for terms of two (2) years, beginning January 1, 2007, and
ending December 31, 2008.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be effective from and after its date of passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED this lith day of December, 2006.
