1. Call meeting to order.
2. Pledge of Allegiance.
3. Convene in Executive Session pursuant to Section 55.071 of the Texas
Government Code, Consultation with Attorney, to receive advice of legal
counsel pursuant to a duty of an attorney to his client under the Texas
Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas, regarding
the following matters:
A. Receive legal advice regarding selection of interim City Manager.
B. Receive legal advice regarding upcoming public hearing requested by
City Manager.
C. Receive legal advice regarding transition of City Manager's employment.
4. Reconvene in open session to consider and take necessary action, as deemed
appropriate, regarding those matters discussed in the Executive Session.
A. Consideration of and action on a resolution approving an arrangement
with Texas First Group to provide an Interim City Manager.
5. Adjournment.
