1. Call meeting to order.
2. Pledge of Allegiance.
3. Convene in Executive Session pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas
Government Code, Consultation with Attorney to receive advice of legal
counsel pursuant to a duty of an attorney to his client under the Texas
Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas,
regarding the following matters:
A. Receive legal advice regarding upcoming public hearing requested by
City Manager.
4. Reconvene in open session to consider and take necessary action, as
deemed appropriate, regarding the matter discussed in the Executive
Session.
A. Consideration of and action on a Resolution containing the written
charges to be provided to City Manager Tony Williams, pursuant to his
request for a public hearing under Section 22 of the Paris City Charter.
5. Discussion of resumes and possible action on appointment of Interim City
Manager.
6. Adjournment.
