SUBJECT: Coplin Square
I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the
preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following
exceptions.
1. Show and label all trees that are 19-inch diameter and larger.
2. Add a five-foot utility easement along the north, east and south property lines.
3. Add a ten-foot utility easement along the west property line.
4. The property is currently zoned planned development - a (PD-a). A detailed site plan
will need to be submitted.
5. Provide civil site work construction plans to the Engineering Department.
I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items.
