SUBJECT: The Hills, Phase V
I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. The preliminary plat does
not comply with the City of Paris subdivision regulations for the following reasons.
1. The drainage information provided does not include a drainage point in front of Block K,
lot 5. This is needed to determine how much flow is at this point.
2. More information is needed in order to determine the maximum flow each street can
contain such as: what type of crown is proposed, what kind of inlet is proposed and what
is the slope of the street?
3. Remove line number 3 and 11 listed in the general notes. This can be done when the
property is annexed into the City of Paris.
I recommend denial of the preliminary plat.
