SUBJECT: The Hills Revised Master Plat
I have reviewed the master plat of the above referenced addition. The master plat does not
comply with the City of Paris subdivision regulations for the following reasons.
1. The drainage information provided in the "Cumulative Flow" does not accurately account
for !he individual drainage areas.
2. More information is needed in order to determine the maximum flow each street can
contain such as: what type of crown is proposed, what kind of inlet is proposed and what
is the slope of the street?
3. It is not clear if additional storm sewer inlets will be used at cumulative flow points.
4. Street names need to be provided.
5. Remove line number 4 and 12 listed in the general notes. This can be done when the
property is annexed into the City of Paris.
I recommend denial of the master plat.
