SUBJECT: Starview Addition
I have reviewed the final plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the final plat
complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions.
1. Provide a Finished Floor elevation.
2. Show lot setbacks and building lines.
3. Submit a site plan and construction plans to the City of Paris for review.
I recommend approval of the final plat upon completion of the above items.
