President Sims Norment called the meeting to order at 11 :00 A.M.
The board went into executive session at 11 :05 A.M. to discuss the proposed Bio
Diesel Facility; and possible C- Tech negotiations.
Executive session was closed at 12:15 P.M. The board returned to open session
and no action was taken.
The next scheduled board meeting is Monday, February 19,2007 at 4:00 P.M.
With no further business to come before the board, the meeting was adjourned at 12:20
P.M. on motion made by John Wright seconded by Glen Bawcum.
