Please find enclosed a copy of the Agreed Judgment between Paris Retirement Village,
Ltd. and the appraisal district, signed and filed on January 24, 2007. The value of the
Paris Retirement Village, Ltd. was reduced for 2006 from $1,109,920 to $848,960.
This will result in a change in tax revenue as follows:

I regret the loss of value, but our attorney had advised that just hiring an appraiser who
specializes in low income housing would have cost between eight and nine thousand
dollars if we went to court, besides the other legal fees and court costs, so the net loss of
revenue doesn't seem as bad comparatively.
