Mr. Kays:
Attached is the settle-up of charges for FY 2005-2006.
The contract estimate for FY 2005-2006 was $311,074.42. Sara Lee was invoiced and
paid to the City of Paris $395,859.35. The total actual charges for FY 2005-2006 are
$421,735.53.
The City of Paris will invoice the difference of $25,876.18 to Sara Lee in accordance with
the contract.
