SUBJECT: The Hills, Phase V
I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the
preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following
exceptions.
1. Provide an address for the Owner.
2. Label the Right-of-Way (ROW) widths.
3. Provide street names.
4. Provide an additional fire hydrant at the NE comer of the street junction. Label the other
fire hydrants.
5. Submit construction plans to the Engineering Department for review along with the
corrected preliminary plat.
I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items.
