Minutes of the Regular Meeting
December 20, 2006
The Paris Public Library Advisory Board met in regular session Wednesday afternoon, December 20, 2006, at 1
o'clock at Crabtree's Restaurant. Chairman Bill Kennedy called the meeting to order. Other members in
attendance were Fran Neeley, Deborah Hatley, Jake Street, Audrey Lakes, Eddie Poole, Debbie Anderson, and
Jackie Alsobrook. Also in attendance was Priscilla McAnally, Library Director.
The minutes of the November meeting were approved as printed.
Research is continuing on new carpet. The quote for carpet squares was approximately $55,000. There is only
$35,000 available for the project.
The budget and statistical reports for November were presented. There were no unusual expenditures. The
statistical report showed an increase in circulation over 2005 of .64%.
Bill Kennedy presented a Christmas gift to the library in honor of the Library Advisory Board.
There being no further business, the chairman adjourned the meeting and the board enjoyed a holiday lunch
together.
