subject matter of each presentation was not received in time to appear on the agenda,
City Council is limited in its response to referring the matter to a future agenda, to an
existing policy, or to a staff person with specific factual information. Claims against
the City and individual personnel appeals are not appropriate for Citizens Forum).
7. Consideration of and action on the following ordinances:
A. Amending Subdivision Ordinance No. 1315, Appendix B, Section III.
Preliminary Plat and Section IV. Final Plat, changing time limit for filing
plats.
8. Consideration of and action on the following resolutions:
A. Approving and authorizing a Professional Services Agreement by and
between the City of Paris and Hayter Engineering, Inc. for monitoring
under the 2007 Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SW3P).
B. Endorsing certain Legislative changes to enhance the competitive electric
market supported by Cities Aggregation Power Project, Inc. (CAPP).
C. Approving and authorizing the execution of an Agreement between the
State of Texas and the City of Paris for the Maintenance, Control,
Supervision, and Regulation of certain State Highways and/or portion of
state highways in the City of Paris.
D. Approving Addendum No. One to the contract between the City of Paris
and the Chamber of Commerce of Lamar County, Inc. regarding
maintaining a Visitors and Convention Council for the purpose of
managing the Municipal Hotel Occupancy Tax Fund.
E. Authorizing and approving Phase II of the Wastewater System
Improvement for the Texas Department of Transportation Grade
Separation of US 82/US271 (NE Loop 286) at Pine Mill Road Project.
F. Awarding the bid for four Stryker Power-Pro Model 6500 Ambulance
Stretchers and optional equipment for use in the Emergency Medical
Services Department.
G. Nominating a candidate for an unexpired membership on the Board of
Directors of the Lamar County Appraisal District.
