DESCRIPTION:
Presentation of quarterly investment report.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The Public Funds Investment Act requires a quarterly report to the Council of all
City investments (except certificates of deposit). This report is bulky and detailed
and takes a lot of paper to produce. At the request of Interim City Manager Ernie
Clark, I have found an alternative method of providing this information without the
use of all that paper. The investment report can now be found on the City's website
located at www.paristexas.gov.Clickon..e-government...Click on "Finance" folder.
Click on IlFinancials". Click on Illnvestment Report" for the current quarter. If this
creates a problem for anyone, please contact me.
