SUBJECT: Jordan Addition
I have rev~ewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the
preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following
exceptions.
1. Show the nearest fire hydrant to the property. Provide dimensions to the property
corners.
2. Change the Plat name to "Jordan Addition 091".
3. Submit a site plan and possibly construction plans (if a fire hydrant is required) to the
Engineering Department for review along with the corrected preliminary plat.
I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items.
