Dear Mayor Fendley:
As part of the continuous airport system planning process, the Texas Department of Transportation, Aviation Division
has scheduled a regional planning meeting for Thursday, June 7,2007,9-11 a.m., Paris Chamber of Commerce,
Community Room, 1125 Bonham Street, Paris, Texas, to discuss Cox Field Airport and other area airports. We are
extending an invitation for you to attend the meeting scheduled for your area. We would also appreciate your help
in compiling our list of persons to notify of this public meeting. We suggest that a diversified spectrum of participants
be included to provide a comprehensive discussion of the role of the airport in the community and potential needs.
Please list the names and addresses on the enclosed form for the following persons and return it by April 13, 2007.

The meeting will provide airport sponsors, users, and other interested persons an opportunity to discuss future needs
of the airport and its role in the economic development of the community. The Aviation Division will also provide
information on state and federal financial assistance programs for general aviation airports during this approximately
two-hour meeting.
You, and those persons you have listed, will receive letters confirming the details of the meeting about two weeks
