President Sims Norment called the meeting to order at 4:00 P.M.
The board went into executive session at 4:05 P.M. to discuss possible C-Tech
negotiations.
Executive session was closed at 5:09 P.M. No action was taken from the
executive session.
With no further business to come before the board the meeting was adjourned at
5: 10 p.m. on a motion made by Rodney Bass seconded by Glen Bawcum.
