President Sims Norment called the meeting to order at 2:20 P.M.
The board went into executive session at 2:20 P.M. to discuss possible C-Tech
negotiations.
Executive session was closed at 2:47 P.M. No action was taken from the
executive session.
With no further business to come before the board the meeting was adjourned at
2:50 p.m.
