MEETING OF THE
MAIN STREET ADVISORY BOARD
February 26, 2007

A meeting of the members of the Paris Main Street Advisory Board was held Monday, February 26,
2007 at 2:00 p.m., at City Hall Council Chambers. In the absence of the chairman and vice-chairman,
board member Matthew Coyle was nominated to preside over the meeting by Zach Saffle, the motion
was seconded by Linda Knox. Motion passed unanimously.

Others present included Becky Semple, Director, V&CC.
Discussion of the Archery Concession Stand
Beth Golden shared the menu items as well as the schedule for volunteer sign up with board
members. The primary purpose of the meeting was to share pertinent information with board
members regarding the concession stand. Beth Golden and Becky Semple will purchase items for the
concession and organize the set up. Board members were asked to provide input on menu items. The
south and north concessions will both be open throughout the event for volume control. Suppliers
are in place for most products and trips to Sam's Club will be made. Lisa House recommended we
speak to the Prime Time group for extra volunteers. Beth Golden shared that emails will be sent as
the event nears to keep all volunteers and board members up to speed on the concession. Lisa House
volunteered to produce the parking passes. Burgers will be grilled indoors and transported to
concession areas. Most other items will be prepared in cookers in the concession. Some of the menu
items include burgers, hot dogs, nachos, snacks, drinks, candy. Set up will begin Thursday at the
Civic Center.
A motion to adjourn was made by Matthew Coyle and seconded by Lisa House. Meeting was
adjourned at 2:45 p.m.
