MAIN STREET ADVISORY BOARD

A meeting of the members of the Paris Main Street Advisory Board was held Tuesday, January 16,
2007 at 4:00 p.m., at City Hall Council Chambers.

Minutes
February 20/2007 minutes were reviewed by board members and a motion was made by Zach Saffle
to approve the minutes as prepared. Jennifer Long seconded and minutes were unanimously
approved.
Concession Stand for the ASA T oumament
Beth Golden shared copies of the menu and pricing to all board members for their review . Volunteers
have signed up and it seems to be manned at all times. Parking is under control - Walt has
volunteers for that. Roy Gwinn is bringing all of his warming trays for us to use. We've had several
people help us prepare for this event and we feel we are ready. Beth Golden shared how the
condiments would be set up as well as the eating area inside the Civic Center. Board shared that
prices were reasonable. We have approximately 40 - 50 volunteers for the three day event. Lisa
brought the Main Street parking passes.
Requests for Future Agenda Items
A motion to adjourn was made by Pike Burkhart and seconded by Zach Saffle. Meeting was
adjourned at 3:45 p.m.
