MEMORANDUM TO: Mayor and City Council Plannin and ning Commission FROM: i r, .E. n r / irector of Public Works DATE: SUBJECT: Spur 130 Business Park, Block B, Lot 5 I have reviewed the final plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the final plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with one exception. 1. Add a 10- foot utility easement along the west property line starting from F .M. 195 at the southwest property comer and going north 250- feet.
