SUBJECT: Peoples Bank Place 286
I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the
preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following
exception.
1. Provide a contact person for the banle
2. Add 286 (City Block #) to the plat name.
3. Submit a site plan for the proposed development.
4. Add the signature block for the Chairman of Planning & Zoning to sign.
5. Change the word a "Plat" to "Plan" in the General notes #2 third sentence.
I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items.
