04-F Final Plat of Lot 1, Blk A, Peoples Bank Pl Add
MEMORANDUM TO: Mayor and City Council Planning Zoning Commission FROM: DATE: June 4, 2007 SUBJECT: Peoples Bank Place 286 I have reviewed the final plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the final plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exception. 1. Provide a contact person for the bank. 2. Add 286 (City Block #) to the plat name. 3. Submit a site plan for the proposed development. 4. Change the word a "Plat" to "Plan" in the General notes #2 third sentence.
