I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. The original preliminary
plat that was submitted had the following errors or omissions that have been corrected.
1. Change the zoning from Commercial to General Retail.
2. Add a 10- foot utility easement along Lamar Ave.
A corrected copy has been submitted to the City of Paris. I recommend approval of the corrected
preliminary plat.
