2. Convene in Executive Session pursuantto Sections 551.071 and 551.07 40fthe
Texas Government Code to:
A. Discuss and deliberate candidates for the position of City Manager.
B. Receive legal advice pertaining to the City Manager Search and
Executive Search Agreement with PACE.
3. Reconvene in Open Session to take possible action regarding those matters
discussed in the Executive Session.
4. Possible future work session discussion items.
A. Resolution committing the community to Floodplain Management.
B. Ordinance providing that the Code of Ordinances be amended by
adopting a new Chapter 13 of said Code, adopting the Model Flood
Damage Prevention Ordinance from the Federal Emergency
Management Agency (FEMA).
C. Ordinance adopting the 2003 International Building Codes.
D. Ordinance adopting a new Section 5-600 to Zoning Ordinance No. 1710
to regulate outside storage in all zoning classifications.
E. Ordinance amending Zoning Ordinance No. 1710 by revising Section
10, providing for standards for parking in the City of Paris.
F. Renaming a street in the City of Paris to honor Veterans.
G. City of Paris as trustee on tax foreclosed property.
H. Public Opinion Survey.
