RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
TEXAS, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF
THE CITY OF PARIS, MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS
RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the terms of office of David Glass and Louis Yates, as alternate members of
the Board of Adjustment ofthe City of Paris, expired on June 30, 2007; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris does hereby recommend the (re )appointment( s)
of [NAME(S) 1 [and the appointment of [NAME(S) 1] for terms of two
(2) years, beginning July 1,2007, and ending June 30, 2009;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PARIS, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all things
approved.
Section 2. That the City Council has received and reviewed the recommendations of the
Mayor for the Board of Adjustments and hereby approves and appoints the following persons to
serve on the Board of Adjustments.
Section 3. That [NAME(S) 1 be, and (he/she/they) (is/are) hereby,
(re)appointed, [and that [NAME(S) 1 be, and (he/she/they) (is/are) hereby,
appointed] to serve as (alternate) members of the Board of Adjustment of the City of Paris for terms
of two (2) years, beginning July 1,2007, and ending June 30, 2009.
Section 4. That this resolution shall be effective from and after its date of passage.

the structure comply with the ordinance.
