BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Request for bids was advertised in the Paris News on July 8, 2007 & July 15,2007. Bids
were received and opened in public at 3:00 p.m. on July 31,2007. Attached is the bid
tabulation and recommendations to the City Council for their action.
