President Sims Nonnent called the meeting to order at 11 :00 A.M.
The board went into executive session at 11 :02 A.M. to discuss possible C- Tech
negotiations.
Executive session was closed at 11 :22 A.M. No action was taken from the
executive session.
With no further business to come before the board the meeting was adjourned at
11 :23 p.m.
