<br />DRAFT <br /> <br />f:attorney\reswork\currentlSite Plan Ord - Lot 7 Cblk 318 3025 Loop 286 NE <br />September 4, 2007 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, TEXAS, APPROVING A SITE PLAN FOR A PLANNED <br />DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT- COMMERCIAL CENTER (PD-al), <br />PREVIOUSLY ESTABLISHED BY THE ADOPTION OF ZONING <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2007-013, FOR LOT 7, CITY BLOCK 318, CITY OF <br />PARIS, LAMAR COUNTY, TEXAS; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND <br />PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; REPEALING ALL <br />ORDINANCES ORP ARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; <br />AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on July 9,2007 the City Council of the City of Paris, Texas, <br />adopted Ordinance No. 2007-013, establishing a Planned Development District- <br />Commercial Center (PD-a1) on Lot 7 City Block 318, City of Paris, Lamar County, <br />Texas, more particularly described in the aforesaid ordinance; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a site plan for the above referenced property, attached hereto <br />as Exhibit "A", has been submitted to the City for review and approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City staffhas reviewed the proposed site plan and determined <br />that it meets City zoning and building requirements and recommends the site plan for <br />approval; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this ordinance are <br />hereby in all things approved. <br /> <br />Section 2. That the site plan for Lot 7, City Block 318, City of Paris, Lamar <br />County, Texas, attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit "A" be and the <br />same is hereby, approved. <br /> <br />Section 3. All provisions of the ordinances ofthe City of Paris, Texas in conflict <br />with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed, and all other provisions of the <br />ordinances of the City of Paris not in contlict with the provisions of this ordinance shall <br />remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />Section 4. The repeal of any ordinance or part of ordinances affected by the <br />enactment of this ordinance shall not be construed as abandoning any action now pending <br />under or by virtue of such ordinance or as discontinuing, abating, modifying, or altering <br />
