I have reviewed the final plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the final plat
complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with one exception.
1. Provide a contact person for the owner.
2. Show the volume and pages for the two off-site utility easements. The northern easement
is volume OR1569 Page 268-271 and the southern easement is volume OR1569 page
264-265.
I recommend approval of the final plat upon submission of a mylar copy with signatures of the
surveyor and owners prior to September 7th, 2007.
