Arvin Starrett advised that this is interior work with the intention that it will be an exterior facade when the old facade is removed. The facade follows the historic setback lines. In the application, they propose to remove the glass and aluminum and widen the brick to turn into planters; however, this would be an alteration of the building since the planters were not original. Mr. Starrett further stated we can table this item since no one is present or approve on the condition that there be a total removal of the existing facade, brick included.
