REGULAR MEETING

1. The Board of Adjustment meeting was called to order by Chairman Terry
Christian at 3:00 p.m.
A. The following members were present:
Terry Christian
Kyle McCarley
Rodney Bass
Chester Martindale
B. The following members were absent:
Howard Corriston
Alternates: David Glass
Louis Yates
C. Also present was Lisa A. Wright, Community Development Director.
2. Approval of minutes from previous meetings. Motion to approve the minutes
of the April 10, 2007, meeting was made by Rodney Bass, seconded by
Chester Martindale. Motion carried 4-0.
3. Public Hearing to consider the petition of Bee Hive Homes to grant a variance
of Zoning Ordinance No. 1710, Section 9-701(1), to modify the required side
yard setback from 25' to 10~ which would be a 15' variance, on Lot 14 A-5,
Block 259, being number 2990 Pine Mill Road.
Paul Vincent, Owner, Bee Hive Homes, stated that, even with a revised
setback, the building will still be 25' from the curb.
4. Consideration of and action on the petition of Bee Hive Homes to gant a
variance of Zoning Ordinance No. 1710, Section 9-701(1), to modify the
required side yard setback from 25' to 10~ which would be a 15' variance, on
Lot 14 A-5, Block 259, being number 2990 Pine Mill Road. Motion made by
Chester Martindale, seconded by Kyle McCarley, to approve the variance
request. Motion carried 4-0.
5. The meeting adjourned at 3:25 p.m.
