05-D Preliminary Plat Lot 1, Petco Plaza 313 Add. MEMORANDUM TO: Mayor and City Council Planning and Zing ommlSSlOn Shawn Napier, City Engineer I FROM: DATE: SUBJECT: PETCO Plaza I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions. 1. Provide a contact person for PETCO. 2. Change the plat name to "PETCO Plaza 133". 3. Change the Block from 1 to A. 4. Show the existing zoning as Commercial. 5. Show the existing six-inch sewer main along the south property line as a sewer force mam. 6. Provide elevation contours. 7. Provide a five (5) foot utility easement along the north property line. 8. Submit the civil site work construction plans to the Engineering Department for review along with the corrected preliminary plat.
